Jane Ann Ashley Obituary

We announce the death of Jane Ann Ashley of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 85. Jane Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hix and Ida Hix (Schroeder); her former husband Calvin Ashley; and her daughter Lori Ashley. She is survived by: her spouse Marine; her daughters, Ginger Talsma (Brian), Kimberly Ashley, Wendie Miller (Adam) and Cheryl Farmer (Chance); her sister Janet Hughes (Jim); her grandchildren, Cole Talsma, Jesseca Gerlach, Bailey Miller, Abigayle Miller, Morgan Miller, Adalyn Farmer, Silas Farmer and Michelle Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Jace Michael, Noah Michael and Levi Michael. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
