With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet G. Thomas of Evansville, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Janet left this world on June 30, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Williams and Mary Jane Williams (Lynch); her sister Mary Joyce Franklin; and her aunt Ellen Lynch. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Thomas; her children, Laura Macke (Lucas) and Michael Thomas (Jennifer); her siblings, Judy Schell, James Williams (Linda), David Williams (Mary) and Charles Mark Williams; and her grandchildren, Erin Macke, Emma Macke (Peyton Roof), Eve Macke, Elliot Macke, Alexia Thomas and Cassidy Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral East Chapel (2115 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church (3010 E Chandler Ave, Evansville, IN 47714).
