She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarice Brown Booker and Chiply Booker; her husband Rudy Kuzmich; and her siblings, Alice June Booker Gross and Jerald Max Booker.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Hill of Greenwood, Indiana and Christi Tooley of Evansville; her grandchildren, Rachel Moorman (Rusty), Ryan Minnis, Alicia LaFollette (Glenn), Megan Hill and Audra Stam; and her great grandchildren, Claire and Aedan Moorman.
