Jeanine leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jeanine’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jeanine will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Asbell and Marie Asbell (Klein); and her husband Richard Alan Riggs. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann White (Dale), Jan Weiss (Tom), Patty Marcum (Anthony), Jeanne Winter (Sandy) and Nancy Richards (Jeff). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
