He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Purdie and Helen Purdie; his brothers, Bob and Allen Purdie; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Purdie, JoAnn Purdie and Stan Grafton; and his siblings' children, Greg Grafton, Mark Wright, Joe Goodrid, Angie Purdie and Laura Purdie Binkley.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Purdie; his sister-in-law Darlene Grafton; and his sibling's children, Vickie Ort (Don), LaVon Purdie, Debbie Goodrid, Carol Wright, Gail Pennington, Patty Kneer (Jeff), Ginger Jackson (Darin), Cindy Grafton, Greg Purdie (Lori), Tim Purdie (Lona), Ted Purdie, Kemit Grafton (Jeanette), Brent Grafton (Bonnie), Mark Grafton (Sonya), Rod Grafton and Tad Grafton (Lynette).
