The memory of Jill Susan (Connelly) Patz of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Connelly and Lorna Connelly (Ebling). She is survived by: her spouse Terry Patz; her children, Kyle Patz (Lauren), Eric Patz (Brooke) and Melissa Mitchell (Andrew); her granddaughter Caroline; her children, John, Audrey Patz, Emma, William and Hattie Mitchell; and her siblings, Judy Spivey (Mark) and Kerry Connelly (Annette). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pauls Lutheran Church (100 E Michigan St, Evansville, IN 47711).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Evansville Lutheran School, 111 E. Virginia St., Evansville, IN 47711, to the American Cancer Society, 5740 Vogel Rd., Evansville, IN 47715 or to any Children's Hospital.
