He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harp and Joyce Harp (Garrison); his wife Beth Harp (Henderson); and his brothers, Dale Higgs and Ronnie Higgs.
He is survived by: his son Greg Harp (Sherry); his sisters, Cindy Wongngamnit of Denver, Pam Higgs of Evansville, IN, Peggy Perry (Mark) of Evansville, IN and Judy Campbell (Scott) of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Gunner, Kipton Harp, Sebastian and Tristan Abbott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711). A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
