He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer McNeely and Pearl McNeely (Futrell); his daughter Linda McNeely Shelton; and his siblings, John McNeely and Mary Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Judith McNeely (Lively); his grandchildren, Christina Fultz and Anthony Shelton; and his great grandchild Michael Fultz.
