He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Jean Moore (Bailey); and his brother Kerry D. Moore. He is survived by: his niece Jodi Yarbrough (Shannon) of Evansville, IN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsay and Tanner Yarbrough.
