He is survived by: his children, Julie Howard of Evansville and John Ethridge, II (Madyson) of Franklinton, NC; his siblings, James (Lani) of Evansville, Mark (Jennifer) of Evansville, Tim (Shari) of Evansville, Sandra Hoy of Evansville and Carol Gette (Chris) of Westport, CT; his grandchildren, Deven Garrett (Camysha), Dhezmond Garrett, Dawson Garrett, Keegan Byrne and Audrey Ethridge; his great grandchildren, Xyliah Garrett, Omni Garrett and Cleo Garrett; and his brother-in-law Dennis Wilson (Judy) of Evansville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
