He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald David and Juanita Alfreda Sullivan (White); and his sister Susan Hopkins. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Gerritsen (Charles Michael) and Adam Sullivan; his grandson Charles Jasper Gerritsen; and his significant other Susan Tieken.
