He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Rusher and Lida Rusher (Miller); his wife Tara Rusher; his children, Luke Rusher and Lane (Kirk Lengacher); his grandsons, Theodore John and Emmitt Dell Lengacher; and his siblings, Rick Rusher, Christy Davenport (Rusher) and Kathy Rusher.
