He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Libs and Loraine W. Libs (Wells); and his sister Barbara Henneberger. He is survived by: his wife Judi Freson Libs (Kavanaugh); his son Ryan Libs; and his siblings, Michael Libs and Becky Sharp (Bob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
