He was predeceased by: his sister Jocelyn Velazquez; and his grandparents, Vilma Velazquez and Abelardo Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Florisel Velazquez and Abihail Hernandez; his brothers, Joshua, Joseph and Jonathan Velazquez; and his grandparents, Alejandra Hernandez and Basileo Velazquez.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Park Lawn Cemetery (1526 S Green River Rd, Evansville, IN 47715).
