She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Boultinghouse and Martha Boultinghouse. She is survived by: her daughters, Katie Williamson (Kyle), Jamie Spanner (Matthew) and Amy Moore (Nick); her grandchildren, Kaden, Peyton, Tye, Ashlynn, Devin, Leighton, Lucas and Emma Jade; her sisters, Cindy Iles (Mike), Bonnie Beckham (Larry) and Penny Clark (Brad); her nephews, Brian, Steven and Brent; and her pet Molly.
