She is survived by: her husband Stephen "Steve" Lutz of Evansville, IN; her children, Lisa Eades (Marc) of Evansville, IN and Eric Metcalf (Jennifer) of Newburgh, IN; her siblings, Karen Glazier (Miles Griggs) and John Gaither (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Austin Eades, Hannah Eades (Dylan Christian), Mackenna Simms (Nathan) and Kaylee Metcalf (Caden Rice).
