She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph Blaser and Agnes Blaser (Lenfert); her husband Joseph Edward Payne; her daughter Cathy; her son-in-law Tim Elpers; her sons, Tim (DeAnn Payne), Dan (Jane Payne) and Tom (Kelly Payne); her brother David; her sister-in-law Betty Blaser; her grandchildren, Sean, Brian Payne, Dan, Tim Payne, Jared Payne, Tara Holt, Brandon, Tyler Payne, Alec and Brandt Elpers; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Caiden, Logan Holt, Gobi Renner-Payne, Keanu Payne and Wyatt Payne.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (1600 Glendale Ave, Evansville, IN 47712).
