He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Carl and Ruby Rebecca Horn; his son Michael Kenneth; his wife Dolores Horn; his sister Carolyn Poehlein Feuerbach; his daughter Deborah Kohut (Jeff) of Evansville's East Side; his daughter-in-law Kim Horn; his grandchildren, Kenny Horn (Mary), Christopher Horn, Josh Wilder, Jeremy Wilder, Heather Horn and Nicolette Leach (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Michael Horn and Eleanor Leach; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Poehlein, Steve Poehlein (Gayle), Kurt Georgesen (Kristy), Susan Poehlein Harris (Jim) and Joan Georgesen Glock (Brad).
