He is survived by: his wife Donna Phelps; his grandchildren, Ashley Furios (Jeff), Taylor Gansman, Russ Parson (Leah), Henry Parson, Elysia Wassmer (Nick) and Dallas Parson; and his siblings, Marsha Armstrong (Bob), Karen Payne (Steven) and Ron Wells (Joyce).
