He is survived by: his mother Delcia Lee Kisner (Whiting); his sons, Zane Kisner (Jordyn), Isaac Kisner and Jase Kisner; his siblings, Mary Green (Tom), William Kisner, Jr. (Candy), Mike Sullivan (Vicki) and James Sullivan (Kristine); and his granddaughter Emersyn Kisner.
