He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gail, Betty and Robert. He is survived by: his daughter Nixie; his parents, John Puckett (Jayne) and Lee Ann Puckett; his brother Karum Shehadeh (Kimberly); his niece Kynzlee; and his grandmother Arline. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
