She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Odom and Ruby Matthews; her sons, Chad Wainman, Scott Wainman and Kevin Offutt; and her sister Phyllis Elmendorf.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Offutt; her children, Travis Wainman (Vicky), Laura Wainman, Stephanie Hutchinson (Wesley) and Crystal Pleasant; her grandchildren, Blake Wainman (Saige), Brock Voegerl, Brooklyn Voegerl, Abby Seib (Cody), Ivy Wainman, Cameron Richards (Dylan), Dalton Pleasant, Jackson Pleasant, Aly Travis (Ben), Scotty Wainman and Eli Offutt; her great grandchildren, Millie Wainman, Briggs Wainman, Blake Ivy Seib, Olivia Seib, Myles Richards, Winston Richards, Asher Travis, Brennley Travis and Hudson Travis; and her niece Amanda Elmendorf (Rachel). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
