He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Lacy and Lottie Belle Keel (Patterson); his son Ricky Dale; and his siblings, Mildred Shumaker (Rufus), Dorothy June Morse (Wade), David Keel (Sue), Glen Keel (Agnes) and Joyce Tandy (Charles).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marie Keel (Freels); his daughters, Lori Rittenbery (David) and Stacy Ellison (Virgil); his grandchildren, Corey Keel (Morgan), Jeremy Rittenbery (Haley), Justin Rittenbery (Tessa) and Faith Adams; his sister Lacy Jayne Hillyard (Tommy); and his pet Bella. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the FaithWay Baptist Church (3635 Pollack Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
