He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Kruse and Normalee Kruse (Buck); and his brother Aaron Kruse. He is survived by: his wife Martha Kruse (Wilson) of Evansville, IN; his son David Alan Kruse (Hayley) of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Addi Kruse and Brooklyn Kruse; and his brother-in-law Dr. P. T. Wilson of Franklin, IN..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
