He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Lewis and Margaret "Peggy" Lewis; his brothers, Charlie, Kent and Tony Lewis; his wife Nancy Lewis (Krietenstein); his children, Scott Lewis, Stacy Maurer (Brian) and Shannon Vandagriff (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kyle Swope (Kenzie), Erika Everett (Clay), Sydney O'Brian (Cam), Elise, Madelyn and Bryce; and his great grandchildren, Raelyn, Lilly and Ava.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vi Fuller (Jim), Myra Pickett, Lora Bingman (Ray), Peggy Bray, Ray Lewis, Danny Lewis (Teresa), Mark Lewis and Roger Lewis; and his in-laws, Marvin and Ruth Redman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
