It is with sadness that the passing of Laverne LaVey of Evansville, Indiana is shared. Laverne, born on August 9, 1927, passed away on August 21, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laverne LaVey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Roy; her friend Raymond Knoll; her son Keith LaVey; her siblings, Leroy and Jeanene Wilkinson (Christmas); and her son-in-law Ron Ising.

She is survived by: her husband Fred LaVey; her daughters, Linda LaVey Ising of Evansville and Beth LaVey Buchanan (Melvin) of Mt. Vernon, IN; her daughter-in-law Becky LaVey of Nicholasville, KY; her grandchildren, Adam, Kacey LaVey of Lexington, KY, Jeff Young of Evansville and Matt Young (Junenna) of Mt. Vernon, IN; her great grandchildren, Eli and Blake Young of Mt. Vernon, IN; and her friend Carla Martin. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
