She was predeceased by: her father Roger Dale Grayson. She is survived by: her mother Janet Lynne Eigsti; and her brother Aaron Dembowski. She is also survived by friends and caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fuquay Group Home at the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, where Leann was cared for and loved for so many years.
