He is survived by: his children, Leo Johnson II (Heather), Willie Massey, Eric Johnson (Shawna), Sylvester Johnson, Tanikia Johnson, Shacara Harris, Gwendolyn Johnson, Bobbie Johnson and Kathrine Johnson; his siblings, Mark Johnson, Barbara Boatwright, Ruth Washington, Belinda Johnson and Jeanette McNeal; and his grandchildren, Kyair, Zymir, Jeremyah, Rontez Jr., De'Andrea, De'Avion, Demonee, Tailan, Keosha (Joseph), Willie Jr., K'Drian, Khalil, Gabby, Kavion, Brayden, Amaru, Sophia, Maya, Harlan, Tallulah, Carmelo, Karmen, Carter, Israel and Joseph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (702 Gum St, Evansville, IN 47713).
