It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Rico Collins (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Leonard Rico may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leonard Rico touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Collins; and his grandson Camdyn Gainey. He is survived by: his father Leonard Collins; his sons, Atoka Toregano and Kentar Collins (Raven); his brother Tony Bowling; and his close friend Lisa Bailey. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of aunts, cousins, and friends.
