It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lile Thomas Miller of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lile may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lile touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Miller and Flossie Miller (Hight); his wife Eloise Miller (Goffinet); and his sister-in-law Judi Miller. He is survived by: his children, Mark Miller and Rhonda Miller (Ian Orpwood); his girlfriend Elaine "Tudy" Barnett; and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Miller (Millie Sue) and Urey Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander West Chapel (2100 W Illinois St, Evansville, IN 47712). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
