She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Upchurch of Madisonville, Tracy Upchurch (Kimberly) of Evansville, IN and Kevin Upchurch (Krystal) of Michigan; her daughter-in-law Sherry Upchurch of Madisonville; her brother Terry McCarty of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Christa Upchurch of Madisonville and Steven Upchurch of Madisonville; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Upchurch and Juliann Upchurch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
