She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Cutteridge and Shirley Cutteridge (McDowell); her husband Gene Rapp; and her sister Donna. She is survived by: her son Dusty Minton (Peggy); her grandchildren, Blake Minton, Alanna Minton, David Minton, Evan Beloat, Ciarra Vogel and Brandon Rapp; and her sisters, Cindy and Debbie Moore.
