He is survived by: his father Frank Pennington; his wife Marilyn Pennington (Haynes); his sons, Kenneth Pennington of Evansville, IN, William Midle of Evansville, IN, Jarred Pennington (Jenny) of Evansville, IN and Scott Midle (Sarah) of West Virginia; and his sister Gayle Moore. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
