He is survived by: his parents, Tiffany Hadfield (Carrier) and Andrew "Andy" Collins (Emily Blair); his brother Blake Collins; his stepsiblings, Eli Blair and Livia Blair; his uncle Bobby; his aunts, Christina Carrier, Crystal Collins and Wendy Pate; his grandmothers, Connie Carrier of Evansville, IN and Ethel Collins of Evansville, IN; and his cousins, Eric, Brooke Carrier, Dylan, Hope Carrier, Kyle Carrier, Kelsey, Gary Jackson, Breaunna, Evan Varden, Noah and Kylie Jones.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
