She was predeceased by: her father Claude Murphy; her sons, Michael Lee and Gary Wayne Causey; and her sister Doris Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Murphy; her husband James Causey of Evansville, IN; her daughter Teresa Allen (Matthew) of Henderson, KY; her grandchildren, J. D. of Henderson, KY and Vanessa Allen of Henderson, KY; her nephew David Johnson of Evansville, IN; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Johnson of Evansville, IN..
