She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Eck (Kipp) and Harold Eck; her husband Victor Coomes; her daughter Phoebe Coomes; her grandson Kevin Perdue; and her siblings, Harold Eck, Jr., Clarence Eck, Bobby Eck, Archie Eck, Clyde Eck, Eddie Eck, Helen Stackiewicz and Leroy Eck.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Ewers (Robert), Lynn Benden, David Coomes and Airica Proctor (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Heidi Gibson (Carl), Justin Stone, Michelle Maynard, Nick Maynard, Avery Proctor, Deanna Grey, Kira Coomes, Devan Coomes of Ashley Coomes, J. J, Bilyeu and Casey Coomes. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
