He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Webber and Bernice Webber; his wife Norma Lee Webber; and his daughter-in-law Anne Webber. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Hammelman (Stephen) of Evansville and Randall Webber of Eddyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Phillip Voegel, Laura Ruckman, Stephen Randall Hammelman, Chelsea Burkhart and Thomas Webber. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
