She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Purdy and Charlene Purdy (Moe); and her siblings, Mark Purdy, Matthew Purdy, Renee Purdy, Donetta Purdy and Cheryl Purdy.
She is survived by: her husband Garland Moore, Jr.; her daughters, Angela Evans (Damon) and Diane Scales (Christian); her grandchildren, Anastasia, Danica, Summer, Emma and Isabella; her great grandchild Charlotte; and her mother-in-law Alice Moore (Dolly).
