She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar E. Nunning and Marie Nunning (Bassmeier); her husband William Basden; her sister Madelyn Eickhoff; and her sister-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Nunning.

She is survived by : her children, William David "Bill" Basden, Anne Marie Basden (Heather Polley) and Sandra Sonnenberg; and her brothers, Bernie Nunning (Janie), Walter Nunning, Rev. David Nunning and Jerry Nunning (Donna).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pierre Funeral Home (2601 W Franklin St, Evansville, IN 47712).
