With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Elizabeth Hopper of Evansville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Meisler and Gertrude Meisler (Brenstrop); her husband Marlin Hopper; and her siblings, William "Bill" Meisler, Louise Eberhard, Fern Doerr and Ethel Lehnhard.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Tarnow (Dale) and Steve Hopper (Lauri); her grandchildren, Jason Barrett (Sarah) of Beth Page, TN, Megan Hamilton (Julian) and Ben Hopper; and her stepgrandchildren, Nichole Carpenter (Matt) of Seattle, WA, Jennifer Ward (Scot) of Athens, IL, Evelyn, Emerson, Isla Barrett of Beth Page, TN, Greyson Ediger and Emilia Hamilton of Wichita, KS..
