We bid farewell to Marion Dee Hughes of Evansville, Indiana, born in Beech Creek, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 6, 2024 at the age of 95. Marion Dee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hughes and Leotha "Betty" Hughes (Bradley). He is survived by: his wife Anna "Ruthie" Hughes; his children, DeAnna Yonts (Richard), Charlotte Hill (Steven) and Mark Hughes; his grandsons, John Downey (Melissa), Brad Downey (Samantha), Mitchell Hughes (Morgan) and Michael Hughes; and his sisters, Betty Lee Stubblefield (Harold) and Mary Lou Gorham. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
