She is survived by: her husband William Stephan; her children, Susan Raber (Jeff) and Daniel Stephan (Julie); her grandchildren, Rebecca Lannan (Shawn), Nicholas Raber (Kayla), Sara Kirkpatrick (Chris), Audrey Woodard (Ben), William Stephan (Holly), Brian Stephan and Erin Stephan; and her great grandchildren, Ember Huckleberry (Kevin), Emalyn Raber, Kendall Stephan, Milo Kirkpatrick, Kylie Stephan, Fern Kirkpatrick, Claire Stephan and Braxton Woodard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
