He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Cummings; and his brothers, David Cummings and Tim Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Julie Cummings (Bratcher); his children, Leigha Cummings, Brooke Cummings, Tim Cummings and Jacob Cummings; his sister Denise Cummings; and his sister-in-law Teresa Cummings (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
