He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Gene" Embry and Juanita Fay Embry (Hill); his brothers, Gary and Michael Embry; and the mother of his children Pamela Embry.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Schwindel (Jason) and Mark "Aaron" Embry; his brother Roger Embry (Julie); his grandchildren, Alexandria Davis (Jason) and Jason Schwindel Jr.; and his great grandchild Hensley Grace Davis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
