He is survived by: his brother Stephen Fox (Rita) of Newburgh, IN; his nieces, Julie Mayse (Chad) of Haubstadt, IN and Karen DeTalente (Chad) of Newburgh, IN; his great-nieces, Cailyn DiDomizio (Garrett), Cara Mayse, Hailey and Jade DeTalente; and his great-nephew Cole Mayse.
