He is survived by: his children, Cori Brooks-Modlin (Ben), Nathan Brooks and Robert Myers; his sister Dawn Davis (Andy); his grandchildren, Cole, Carter, Chloe, Shyanne (Fernando), Jaden, Kyden, Amorah, Mia and Ellie; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Keach, Drew Davis, Jeffrey Lynch (Wendy), Tiffany Mattingly (Brandon) and TraShawna Boals.
