She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence D. Otloe (Engleman) and Kenneth E. Otloe; her husband George J. Hage; her stepsons, Michael Hage and Richard Hage; and her brother Ronald Otloe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Hage and Libby Hage; her granddaughter Lauren Hage; and her siblings, Gary Otloe, Doretta Fairchild and Linda Cooley (Gay). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
