She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Monroe Lewis and Helen Lewis; and her siblings, Doris Boyd (Randall), Jeanie Defendoll (James), Melvin Lewis (Susan), Arlene Wilder (Gene) and James Lewis (Nona).
She is survived by: her husband Jerry L. Pratt, Sr. of Maryland; her sons, Jerry Pratt, Jr. of Evansville and Steve Pratt (Jennifer) of Zionsville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Robert and Jacqueline Pratt; and her sister Margie Mills (Buddy) of Madisonville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
