He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacob and Kathleen Sisk Peter; his wife Margaret "Ann" Peter; and his son-in-law David O'Hair. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Fine (Marc) of Evansville, IN, Lisa O'Hair of Carmel, IN and Eric Peter (Dianne) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Joel Fine (Jordan), Jessica Bitter (Logan), Jacob O'Hair and Grace Delaney (John); and his great grandchildren, Isabelle Bitter, Bo Bitter, Eloise Fine, Jacob Fine, Avery Delaney and Caroline Delaney.
