She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa August and Rhoda Alice Weibert (Kell); her husband Oliver Harper; her daughter Becky Snyder; and her brother Walter Weibert.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Chattin (Gary) and Donna Scales (Brad); her grandsons, Carl, Tony, Jesse, Shannon and Jacob (Brenna); and her pet Precious.
